We have an opportunity for a Health and Safety Specialist who will leverage their expertise to coach people leaders to improve the effectiveness for risk controls and drive performance improvements.

Additionally, the role will focus on a brand specific project to reduce manual handling injuries across the retail section of Super Cheap Auto. As part of this role, you will work closely with the business to develop and implement activities that assist leaders in implementing meaningful and sustainable changes. You will business partner with the leaders to improve risk control effectiveness and health and safety performance.

**About you**
- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety.
- A personal approach to safety and the ability to communicate with all levels of the organisation.
- Experience working as a WHS professional, preferably in retail.
- Demonstrated experience with conducting risk assessments.
- Experience with implementing legislation on Dangerous Goods and Hazardous Chemicals of various classes.
