**About This Role**:

- Monday - Friday lunches, with occasional night-time functions (closed weekends, nights and public holidays)
- Manage and run a lunch-time service section for guests of a corporate nature
- Assist in curating our beer, spirits and cocktail lists as well as an extensive wine list
- Australian, Italian and/or French wines
- Mentoring junior staff
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

**About You**
- 2+ years experience working at a fine dining restaurant
- Highly knowledgeable in Italian food, wine and the Melbourne hospitality industry
- Current valid RSA
- Excellent deportment and a motivating and cheerful attitude to work with a team
- A very high level of attention to detail
- Team player
- Organisational skills
