**The Role**

This is a new role that will be pivotal to coordinating customer interaction with various departments in the business for all customer touchpoints.

The role will involve:

- Set up and maintain the customer database.
- Work closely with the Sales, Installations, Monitoring Centre, Administration and Accounts Department.
- Manage the document and information timeline from quote acceptance through to the post installation follow up.
- Ensure all departments involved adhere to Sectrol data integrity, completeness, and consistency standards.
- Contact customers periodically in relation to product servicing, new products and services and quality of customer service
- Assist with the development & provision of customer product and services information.

**Your Experience**
- At least three (3) years’ administration experience in the security industry or a business with similar characteristics to the security industry.
- Proven customer service and relationship management experience.
- Competent and proven experience with MYOB EXO financial management software or similar.
- Experience with contemporary CRM systems would be favourably considered.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of the Team
- Excellent time management, ability to work under pressure and strong communication skills
