Our client is one of the world’s leading defense and security companies. Our client operates in four key domains of expertise: Cyber Security, Financial Crime, Communications Intelligence, and Digital Transformation.

**Some responsibilities will include**:

- Prepare and lead requirement gathering workshops with clients
- Provide innovation, leadership, and influence in the design of client-centric solutions that are aligned with a product offering
- Manage the client review and sign-off process for the suite of functional documents and artifacts
- Take overall responsibility for the documentation of functional artifacts
- Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and the internal Product Management team
- Keep abreast of product & regulatory changes
- Prepare and deliver training sessions to the client's business users
- Project-driven work requirements with overtime as needed to meet deadlines
- Minimum of 5 years' experience within the financial services industry in a client-facing role.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with NetReveal or similar compliance product including PEP/Sanctions screening, Customer Due Diligence and SWIFT payment filtering solutions.
- Client-facing experience is essential including delivering presentations and product demonstrations, running workshops and managing client's expectations
- Experience of delivering complex business or technology solutions, from gathering requirements to designing solutions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and able to communicate confidently and effectively at any level of the organisation
- Ability to grasp technical concepts and translate them into business solutions
- Good working knowledge of SQL and experience with Databases such as Oracle, DB2, SQL Server and Postgres
- An understanding of compliance processes and workflows within the financial services industry advantageous
- Experience in software development lifecycle practices (preferably Agile)
- Good knowledge of IT systems, architectures, and terminology
- Knowledge and exposure to Unix (Solaris, AIX, Linux, HP UX) advantageous
- Strong interpersonal/leadership skills
- Advantageous to have knowledge of financial regulatory topics, ideally including AML, KYC, FATCA, CRS, and related topics Advantageous to have expertise in industry standard modeling tools and methods
