We have an exciting opportunity with our insurance and claims team for a part-time (22.5hrs per week) **Wellbeing Coordinator.**

**About the role**

As the Wellbeing Coordinator, you are responsible for supporting the growth of the Wellbeing Program and helping to provide injury management support.

You will play an essential role in shaping and promoting the overall wellbeing of our team members. You will assist in the development and implementation of proactive strategies to enhance the mental health of team members as well as provide support for our injury management program.

This role will collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including HR, Health and Safety teams, and external health providers.

**About You**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.
- Empathetic and approachable demeanour to provide support to team members during difficult times.
- The ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
- Certifications in Wellbeing or Injury Management is desirable.
