We’re seeking an experienced **Community Workforce Manager**to lead our rostering and workforce planning team. If you’re a strategic thinker who loves solving complex scheduling challenges and driving efficiency in a dynamic environment, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

**Your role**:

- Lead and optimise rostering for community-based clinicians across multiple regions
- Analyse workforce data to forecast demand and enhance service delivery
- Drive high utilisation through proactive planning and process improvement
- Oversee workforce management systems to ensure accuracy and insight-driven reporting
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver on KPIs and business objectives
- Champion continuous improvement and foster growth within your team

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Proven experience managing a **mobile or field-based workforce** with complex rostering needs
- Strong **analytical skills** with advanced Excel capability (Power BI or WFM systems a plus)
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to adapt quickly
