Digital Optimisation Specialist - 12-month secondment opportunity
About the Role
As the Digital Optimisation Specialist, you'll drive continuous improvement through A/B testing and optimisation of our digital channels. Focused on digital acquisition, you'll join a growth-oriented team, reporting to the Senior Digital Optimisation & SEO Lead. Collaborating with Product Development and Marketing, you'll deliver consistent initiatives and learn from live experiment performance. With a data-driven approach, you'll work with business and technical stakeholders to provide high-quality customer experiences.
What you’ll be doing:- Aid in scaling the Digital Optimisation program across Product Development, implementing a test-and-learn approach, and incorporating best practices, governance, and frameworks within scrum teams.- Utilize Adobe Analytics to provide insights, updates, and results to a wide range of stakeholders for both current and past activities, as needed.- Utilize data-driven insights and research to generate innovative ideas that drive positive outcomes for customers.- Enhance sales and adoption through A/B testing, targeted experiences, and on-site personalization.
About You
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Proficient in Adobe Marketing Cloud, specifically Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target, and skilled in using Jira and Confluence for collaboration with internal and external teams.- Experienced in measuring and analysing online user behaviour, conversion data, customer journeys, and funnel analysis to extract valuable insights.- Capable of creating insightful and meaningful PowerPoint presentations and storytelling packs.- Possesses business acumen and skilled at stakeholder management, linking initiatives to business strategy, and demonstrating financial and commercial orientation.- Effective stakeholder management, influencing and collaborating with teams, advocating the Digital Optimisation program through proven methodologies, results, and business value.
