This is a role for a coach who knows how to lead a group and coach individuals at the same time. Not just someone who can run a session, but someone who can connect with everyone in the room and help them feel seen.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Coaching group-based strength and conditioning sessions
- Helping members improve technique, build confidence, and stay consistent
- Supporting member onboarding, engagement, and retention
- Being a consistent and trusted presence on the coaching floor
- Attending team meetings and contributing to ongoing development
- Assisting with member retention strategies as needed

**Who You Are**:

- You’ve coached group sessions before, ideally with a strength or functional training focus
- You’re confident leading a room and comfortable being yourself
- You’re prepared, professional, and open to feedback
- You take the time to learn names and notice the details that build real connection
- You’re looking for more than just casual hours—you want to be part of something with purpose
