Chris Steel is the ACT Minister for Transport and City Services, Skills and Special Minister for State. We are looking for an organised, conscientious and enthusiastic person to join our team as Office Manager. The Office Manager plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of this ministerial office.

**Eligibility/Other requirements**:
Key tasks and responsibilities include:

- Managing Minister Steel’s diary - including actioning both incoming requests and proactively setting up key meetings, briefings and appointments
- Preparing responses to constituent correspondence
- Coordinating the timely preparation by directorates and advisers of meeting briefs, talking points and other items supporting the Minister’s daily engagements
- Managing compliance with external transparency requirements - including preparing quarterly reports for the ACT’s Ministerial diary disclosure process and ensuring gifts and donations to the office are appropriately document and declared.

This role would suit someone with at least three years’ experience in office administration, who enjoys working with people and has strong attention to detail. It is fast paced role supporting a busy Ministerial office, with some community-facing interactions.
