**Location**: Hawkesbury/Nepean area

**About the Role**

As a Uniting Home Care Worker, you will ensure continuity of care and provide essential support and companionship to older people living across the **Hawkesbury and Nepean **area. Your role is to empower independence and enhance the quality of life for our clients in their own homes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Home Assistance**: Housekeeping, grocery shopping, and meal preparation.
- **Personal Care**: Assisting with personal care, showering, dressing, mealtime support, and medication administration.
- **Transport Support**: Providing transport for appointments, shopping trips, and social support activities.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent.
- Experience in providing client-centered care.
- Current First Aid certificate.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle.
