**What you’ll be doing in this role**

As a full-time home care worker, you will help us ensure continuity of care for our clients as you provide support and companionship for older people living in **Sydney's Inner West, East or North.** You will empower independence and improve the quality of life for our clients in their own homes.

**With a focus on supporting our clients to stay independent for as long as possible, duties and responsibilities may include**:

- **Help at home**: housekeeping, grocery shopping or meal preparation
- **Personal Care**: personal hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, helping at mealtime or with medication administration
- **Transport**: appointments or shopping trips
- **Social support and wellbeing**: accompanying clients on outings

**Qualifications and experience**:

- Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent
- Similar experience providing person-centred care
- Current First Aid certificate
- Driver’s license and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
