**THE ROLE**

Reporting to the Spares Team Leader, your skills and knowledge will allow you to:

- Deliver on exceptional customer service
- Pick, pack and dispatch parts efficiently
- Help keep a busy warehouse organised
- Confidently use an electronic spare parts program

Your aptitude for being able to solve problems over the phone will also stand you on good ground for this role.

**HOW TO BE SUCCESSFUL**
- Have telephone customer service experience
- Own an organised mind and be computer literate
- Stocktaking / warehouse experience would be an advantage
- Have used a dispatch / freight booking system (e.g. StarTrack booking systems)
- Ideally, have used a spare parts / catalogue system.
- If you’ve a Forklift licences or used MYOB Online that would also be an advantage
- Be able to physically keep up with the regular lifting, bending and walking this role will require.

- Customer service: 1 year (required)
