Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Onboarding Manager for our Building Management division with proven expertise to join our Facilities Management team.

**Reporting to the Head of Building Management (NSW), your role will involve**:

- Delivering the onboarding process for new buildings, including the full setup to sites across the Sydney Metro portfolio, including but not limited to:

- MYBOS data setup and implementation
- Documentation collection, review, gap analysis, upload and setup
- Site processes setup and implementation
- Asset register creation
- Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedule creation, gap analysis and tendering
- Finalisation of onboarding and transfer management to the assigned building manager
- Developing, implementing and updating tailored onboarding plans
- Contractor and vendor compliance management
- Auditing existing sites for consistency
- Assisting the projects and the senior leadership team
- Replacement of building managers when on leave

The role includes working with key internal stakeholders on both client and company sides, external contractors, and the wider group facilities team.

A strong career progression pathway will be provided to the successful applicant, along with support from administration staff and the operations manager.

**What expertise are we looking for?**
- A minimum of 3 years hands-on facilities/building management experience with a strong focus on onboarding new team members and new strata/commercial sites, or 3-5 years in a project management, hospitality management, or customer service comparable role.
- Experience in developing and implementing onboarding strategies for diverse property portfolios.
- Understanding of the unique requirements and regulations for onboarding new strata and commercial properties.
- A genuine passion for customer service with the ability to build positive rapport with residents, contractors, and strata committees.
- Highly organised with the ability to track competing priorities, due dates, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- High-level ability utilsing workflow management software including task and project management and collaboration platforms.
- Be a positive, can-do person with the ability to have input on business systems and processes.
- Ability to work autonomously and also in a remote team environment.
- Technologically savvy, able to work with our systems (Google Suite/MYBOS/BuildingLink/StrataMax etc.).
- Have a current driver's license, vehicle, and be a competent driver.
