**Your new company**
Hays Trades and Labour are currently seeking experienced roller operators to join their team in the Toowoomba region. You will join a leading contractor in the civil construction industry who are dedicated to providing innovative works in a diverse range of sectors.

**Your new role**
In your new role you will be responsible for operating a roller in an efficient and safe manner to reach project goals. You will be working on civil construction projects in the Toowoomba region.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Roller Licence
- Construction White card
- Current Drivers Licence with Transport
- Provide an updated resume and recent reference details
- Have a strong commitment to health and safety
- Strong work ethic
- Experience in Civil Construction
