Haynes currently have an opportunity for a **Plant Operator/Roller Operator**

position to work alongside our client located in **Grantham. **The project will be 4km of shoulder widening works and profiling This position offers the chance to work Monday to Friday, with travel paid for each day you work.

**About the Role**:
**Plant Operator/Roller Operator**

**Location**: Grantham, QLD
**Start Date**: Approx. October 30, 2024
**Duration**: Until approx. January/February 2025 (with potential extension)
- Operate rollers and other machinery for road shoulder widening and profiling tasks.
- Ensure safety and efficiency on-site while adhering to project timelines.
- Collaborate with the team to meet project goals and quality standards.
- Perform various ad-hoc duties as requested

**About You**:

- Current Drivers Licence & Reliable Transport for Commuting to work
- Construction White Card
- RII Roller ticket and proven experience operating rollers.
- Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks.
- Ability to work quickly and under pressure

**Advantageous Skills**:

- RII for other machinery/plant.
- HR Driver's Licence.
- Experience with water carts, pipe laying, or concrete labouring.
