- Operate asphalt equipment such as pavers, rollers, and skid steers.
- Perform manual labor tasks including shoveling, raking, and compacting asphalt.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in asphalt construction or a similar field is required.
- Ability to operate asphalt equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license
- HR Licence required
- Construction White Card (General Construction Induction Card)
