We are seeking passionate individuals who live and breathe the hospitality industry, want to go above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service to guests, help their fellow bar and floor team during busy nights, and have phenomenal communication skills in general.

**What are we looking for?**
- Experience with wines, beers and cocktail-making is vital.
- Flexible availability including Weekends, Christmas and New Year
- Outstanding service and interpersonal skills
- High level of emotional intelligence to take care of a diverse range of guests
- Proactive, problem-solving and attention to detail skills are highly regarded
- Ability to work within a fast-paced food or bar setting
- Current NSW RSA Statement of Attainment
