As a Hotel Porter, you will embody confidence and possess a deep understanding of how to create a truly unique guest experience. In this dynamic role, you will be the face of our hotel, providing outstanding service that leaves a lasting impression.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build memorable connections with both our guests and the hotel team, enriching every interaction and ensuring that every visitor feels right at home.

A few of your responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome guests, addressing their requests and inquiries with warmth and professionalism
2. Provide clear directions within the hotel and share valuable information about the surrounding areas, enhancing our guests’ experience
3. Efficiently handle, store, and deliver luggage to guest rooms, ensuring seamless service
4. Valet park and retrieve guests’ vehicles with precision and care
5. Maintain our parking facilities to the highest standards, ensuring they are immaculate and inviting, reflecting our commitment to excellence

What We’re Looking For:

1. A friendly and welcoming approach that exemplifies exceptional customer service
2. Excellent communication skills and a polished appearance that reflects our standards
3. A solid knowledge of the local area and upcoming Sydney events to assist guests effectively
4. High energy, enthusiasm, and a positive, can-do attitude that enhances the guest experience
5. A valid Australian driver’s license to facilitate vehicle handling
6. Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster, adapting to the needs of our guests and the hotel
