You will be supporting the Service Workshop Manager and 2IC on a day-to-day basis. The role is a mix of working autonomously as well as closely with all other team members.

The main purpose of this role is to assist with service and repair work, which may include servicing the recreational vehicle and mechanics, insurance and warranty repair, as well as equipment upgrades.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Ensure WH&S protocols are maintained.
- Hands on role including conducting annual services and repairs, installing new products and upgrades.
- Complete a detailed report of any service work performed, including warranty and insurance repair jobs.
- Involvement in daily team meetings, as well as other meetings as required.

- Organised with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have good communication skills.
- A consistently solid work ethic.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Experience working in the recreational vehicle, automotive or marine industries, desirable but not essential.
- Quick learner and open to further training and career development.
