**Salary - $139,787.00 - $161,663.00 PA, Plus Employer’s Contribution to Superannuation and Leave Loading**
**Your role**
The Program Manager, Digital Case File will be responsible for implementing the strategy, goals, and objectives of the Digital Case File (DCF) program. The vision of the DCF Program is to create easy to use DCF capabilities that enable more efficient court and tribunal services for all.
This role will manage the risks, quality, and outcomes of the program to organisational standards and will work with the project managers to ensure the projects are delivering in alignment with program goals, timeline, agreed benefits and outcomes.
**What you’ll do**
- Lead and manage the implementation of the DCF program, strategy, objectives and outcomes by working with the projects to ensure alignment.
- Lead and manage successful delivery of program areas such as governance, assurance, and inter/intra dependencies. Work with other key program areas such as change, communications and engagement, benefits management, service design, and technology design and implementation to ensuring alignment and progress with the program.
- Work with the project teams to plan, co-ordinate and manage program and project resources, allocation, availability, and funding.
- Work with the project managers to ensure project delivery is aligned with program benefits, milestones and timeline.
- Provide proactive management and support to mitigate risks, resolve issues, and identify and monitor of program dependences, ensuring effective and timely resolution with mínimal risk/impact to the organisation.
- Develop and implement program artefacts and deliverables.
- Prepare program advice, briefings, reports, presentations and other documentation when required.
- Seek out and actively manage key internal and external stakeholder relationships based on open and regular discussions and feedback to ensure effective interface between program development, planning, service design and policy implementation.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, balancing potential competing needs with options that favour organisational outcomes.
**What we’re looking for**
- 5+ years’ experience leading strategic business and digital transformation programs in complex business environments.
- Strong experience managing program governance, assurance, finance, benefits, and change.
- A strong understanding of the nuances of delivering technical programs with varied and complex stakeholders, particularly where there are differing views on the value of introducing digital capabilities.
- The ability to understand technical language, and well versed in topics concerning digital solutions, architecture and system integration.
- Familiar with the various specialist roles required to deliver technical and digital projects, including solution architects, solution designers, integration specialists, technical project managers, service designers, data and security engineers, technical business analysts, developers and more.
- Extensive experience managing and engaging with executive stakeholders in complex or large-scale projects or programs.
- Strong leadership and communication skills in particular writing, presenting, and working with a diverse team.
- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline and/or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience, with experience leading complex government projects.
