We have a fantastic new opportunity with a leading utilities client. As part of this requirement, you will be responsible for liaising with key business leaders and stakeholders to review contact negotiation and supplier relationships. Key to this position will be the ability to adhere to contract processes, policies, and procedures of the organisation. This requirement is for an initial six month contract with the potential of permanency. Our client is a promoter of work life balance and flexible working arrangements with a one day in office per week policy.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

- End to end sourcing procedures across IT functions (Hardware, Software and Services)
- Support contact managers with the facilitation of supplier relationships at a strategic level enabling collaborative relationships
- Develop and executive category plans with the input of the procurement leadership team
- Strategic IT sourcing experience specifically within project management, contract negotiation and supplier performance
- Ability and proven experience in delivering results (for example, cost savings)
- Demonstrated experience in business partnering and driving strategic business outcomes
- Previous experience using Zycus would be beneficial
