**About **Your New Role**

Reporting to the Attraction, Sourcing & Engagement Lead, the Talent Sourcing Specialist supports current and future talent sourcing objectives aligned to business workforce and growth strategies.

This opportunity is a 6 month parental leave cover contract and a great foot in the door to the human resources function.

**About you**

You will join us in striving to live our values of bold, warm, and honest, in everything we do.
- A minimum of 12 months recruitment experience
- internal, external or mix of both - Proficient in volume and project-based recruitment activities.
- Good verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven self-starter who can work with mínimal supervision/guidance and seeks feedback.
- Enjoy learning and self-initiates growth & development opportunities.
