NSF is looking for casual Bilingual Support Assistants (BSA). The incumbent will be responsible for providing high-quality bilingual support, mainly to students in the classroom. The role requires a dedicated client focus to facilitate workflow between clients, customer service, operational and academic staff.

We are seeking BSA's who are proficient in the following languages**:Arabic, Farsi, Dari**, and **Mandarin Chinese**

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated high level of interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Good administrative skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to remain focussed and manage priorities in the face of competing demands
- Demonstrated awareness of a range of cultural perspectives and sensitive approaches relevant to our clients
- Experience in working as part of a team

**Desireable**
- Knowledge of programs and contracts
- Previous experience in the education industry
