About us

Since 1962, Rosebud Country Club has been at the forefront of the local community providing 36-holes of championship golf, driving range and practice facilities, a Clubhouse operation offering Bar & Restaurant, Functions and Entertainment, Sports Bar with TAB & KENO facilities, Gaming (40 EGM’s), three bowling greens and 4-star onsite accommodation with 39 rooms. In February the Club held its second instalment of The Players Series hosted by US Open champion Geoff Ogilvy, and in late August will be the first ever host of a DP World Tour (formerly European Tour) qualifying School event outside of Europe, a huge coup for Rosebud Country Club, its staff and members. Qualifications & experience
- At least 5 years experience in a similar role
- Current RSA certificate

Tasks & responsibilities
- Responsible for the supervision and management of the Food & Beverage departments
- Oversee and be responsible for staff development and training, procedures and policies, updated staff product knowledge and personal development
- Monitor turnover across the F&B departments and provide timely suggestions and recommendations in marketing initiatives to management
- To oversee and assist in the recruitment of personnel across the Food & Beverage departments
- To liaise effectively with the Head Chef, Events team & Golf Operations team to ensure that all events are serviced according to client requirements
- To exhibit a hands-on approach to staff, members, and patrons and to consistently demonstrate a proactive and positive approach to all facets of the Club

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
