We are currently recruiting for multiple Home Care Workers and Personal Care Workers to provide quality in-home support services in accordance with individual care plans, Aged Care Quality Standards, and Seniors Community Care Policies and Procedures.

All areas from Melbourne's South / East, Bayside, Mornington Peninsula and out to the Cardina Shire

Seniors Community Care is dedicated to the provision of services of the highest quality to disabled, frail & aged persons living in their own homes and individuals managing at home after an illness, injury or hospital stay

Our clients are looking for qualified, enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable, punctual, hardworking and compassionate individuals to support them in maintaining their independence living in their own home environment.

At Seniors Community Care we are also looking for Care and Support workers without certification for our Home Care shifts.

**What do you need to join our team of direct care workers?**

Certificate III Individual Support
Certificate III Aged Care
Certificate IV Disability
EN/RN

Reliable and insured Vehicle
Australian Driver License

Availability to work regular times each week

National Police Check

COVID 19 Vaccination Record

Working with Children Check
