**Our Client**:
A growing business in the hospitality sector looking for a motivated Accounts Payable Officer to work in their Finance team.

**Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor your primary duties & responsibilities are**:

- Reviews and verifies all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
- Enters all invoices into the accounts payable sub ledger.
- Timely and accurate processing of all invoices.
- Ensure compliance with relevant GST and FBT requirements.
- Prepares and processes electronic transfers and payments.
- Posts transactions to the relevant sub ledgers and other records.
- Reconciles accounts payable transactions.
- Weekly and monthly reporting.
- Maintain accounts payable records such as invoices, statements, reconciliations, suppliers master data on AP ledger.
- Maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and other departments.
- Any other adhoc duties

**About you**:
You are an Accounts Payable Officer that has end to end AP experience, has high attention to detail, you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and you are an enthusiastic worker.
