Part-time Property Manager

APM Real Estate is seeking a dedicated and organized Part-Time Property Manager to join our team. This role is based in Geelong, VIC, and will involve managing a diverse rental portfolio that includes properties in the Western suburbs of Melbourne and Geelong.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Managing Rental Portfolio**: Oversee day-to-day operations of the rental properties, ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction and property maintenance.
- **Finding New Properties**: Actively seek and evaluate potential rental properties to expand the portfolio, including conducting market research and property assessments.
- **Administrative Work**: Handle all administrative tasks related to property management, including lease agreements, tenant communications, and financial reporting.
- **Site Inspections**: Conduct regular site inspections to assess property conditions, address maintenance issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- **VCAT Hearings**: Attend and represent the company at VCAT hearings as necessary, ensuring that all legal obligations are met and tenant disputes are resolved effectively.
- **PropertyMe CRM**: Utilize PropertyMe CRM software to manage property listings, track tenant interactions, and streamline administrative processes.
- **Other Responsibilities**: Perform additional rental manager duties as required, contributing to the overall success of the property management team.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with PropertyMe CRM or similar property management software is a plus.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for site inspections.
