We are seeking an experienced and motivated Head of Department for our Property Management team, working with one of Victoria’s leading real estate agencies in the thriving city of Geelong. As part of the Jellis Craig network, renowned for its commitment to customer service and innovation, you will enjoy ongoing training, workshops and resources that will build your skills and help you become a leader in the industry.
As the Rental Department Manager, you will be a key player in driving the success of our rental division. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and inspiring a team of rental professionals.
Overseeing the management of a diverse portfolio of properties
Implementing strategies to enhance management fees and rental returns.
Nurturing client relationships and ensuring the best in customer satisfaction.
Keeping up to date with market trends and tailoring services to meet client needs.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a rental department manager or similar role
4+ years’ experience in real estate
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, legislation and compliance
A current Agents rep cert
A valid driver's licence.

**Responsibilities include**:
Oversee consistent growth in the property management division
Provide strong and inclusive leadership to the team
Oversee the roll-out of operational procedures and software
Liaise with landlords ensuring their investment is running smoothly
Represent rental providers at VCAT if needed
