**About Us**:
The Brew Spot is a locally owned café in the heart of North Strathfield’s Bakehouse Quarter, known for quality coffee, fresh food, and genuine hospitality. We’re looking for an **experienced and passionate Barista** to join our friendly, close-knit team.

**About the Role**:

- Prepare and serve consistently high-quality coffee
- Deliver warm, efficient, and professional customer service
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming workspace
- Assist with general café duties, including taking orders, serving food, and cleaning
- Work collaboratively and support the team during busy periods

**About You**:

- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience as a barista in a fast-paced café
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Friendly and customer-focused attitude
