We are currently seeking two staff members on a permenent full time basis to join our team based at our Operation Centre Keilor Park**, Victoria.**
**Our Team**
Our team is required to carry out street and footpath sweeping, litter bin collection, dumped rubbish and litter collection.
**The role**
Reporting to the Cleansing Coordinator, we are seeking two Cleansing Multi-Skilled Officer's who can bring their skills and experience in:

- Mechanical Street Sweeper;
- Compact Footpath Sweeper;
- Skid Steer Loader;
- Rear loading garbage compactor, and
- High pressure cleaning operation.

**About you**
To succeed in this role, you will have:

- Local government experience is desirable
- Knowledge and understanding of Occupational Health & Safety Procedures; Quality Procedures; VicRoads Codes of Practice in relation to Traffic Control Signage and Directions.
- Knowledge and understanding in all matters of safe plant use, work practices and workplace safety.
- Demonstrated customer service skills.
- Ability to work to a program under mínimal supervision.
- Competent in the use of mobile computing devices.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Manual handling capabilities such as lifting, bending, pulling, shoving.
- Lifting of various forms of dumped rubbish or dead animals.
- Use of small hand tools as required.

- Essential : Drivers and Medium Rigid truck licence
- Essential : Experience in operating; Street sweeper, or rear loader compactor truck, or Skid Steer Loader
- Desirable : Traffic Control & Worksite Traffic Management skills & qualifications
- Desirable : Heavy Combination Licence
- Desirable : Knowledge of the use of Herbicides
- Desirable : Loader licence
- Desirable : Forklift licence
- Desirable : Spotter’s electrical safety awareness qualification
