**About the role**:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced administrator to join our Business Support Team
You will be providing specialist administration support to DTS groups, including but not limited to:

- Planning and coordinating activities with DTS groups;
- Validate and coordinate the approval, processing and administration of invoices and payments related to project,
- Contribute to the efficient delivery of projects by coordinating the timely and accurate reservation/material requisition processing of project/maintenance materials requests, in accordance with corporate processes and utilising relevant SAP modules.
- Provide day-to-day advice and guidance to DTS staff in relation to project reservation/material requisition and admin related matters/ systems eg concur;
- Action of tasks consistent with Powerlink’s Core Administration Services Catalogue and SLA’s; and
- Document Control.

Importantly, you will be developing strong and positive customer relationships through your service-focused communication and engagement.

**About you**:
You will have previous experience in an administration or business support role and bring with you an improvement mindset. You understand the importance of customer service and enjoy the satisfaction of providing exceptional levels of service and support.
It is preferred that your qualifications and skills also includes:

- Demonstrated systems experience across MSOffice, SNaP, Objective and SAP
- Strong attention to detail
- Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience
