**Responsibilities**
- Sales & Marketing Support_
- Participate in the development of market and client strategies
- Preparation of marketing and sales collateral
- Assist in bid preparation and tracking sales activities
- Manage the Axiom's online marketing, including website and social media
- Facilitating online content development
- Organising company events
- Accounts:_
- Process invoices (accounts payable), expense claims and reconciliations
- Assist in invoice preparation and expediting payment of receivables
- Follow up on unsubmitted timesheets and approvals.
- Office Administration:_
- Co-ordinate onboarding of new employees
- Organise staff travel and accommodation
- Support the development and implementation of Axiom's business management system
- Manage incoming phone enquiries, greet visitors. and maintain office tidiness

**Qualifications and skills**
- Bachelor of Business/Commerce or Diploma of Business
- Exposure to a similar role with marketing responsibilities highly regarded
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and website content management.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Team player with problem-solving abilities.
- Professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
