**About us**
B.W. Machinery is a leading supplier of garden machinery and tools in Victoria. We carry a huge range of products covering lawn mowers, ride on mowers, chippers, trimmers/brushcutters, blowers, chainsaws and much more, delivered Australia wide.

**The role**
We are seeking a motivated and attention to details Bookkeeper to join our team at BW Machinery.
- 2 weekdays a week

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including data entry and processing invoices
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial records, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date
- Prepare and lodge BAS statements and manage GST reporting.
- Assist with payroll processing and superannuation compliance.

**Key Skills & Experience**:

- Proven experience in bookkeeping role.
- Proficiency in Xero accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour

- Diploma (preferred)

- Xero: 1 year (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
