Nextt have a rewarding opportunity for an experienced Scheduling Team Leader to join our National Scheduling team here in Camberwell, Melbourne. Designed to ensure all our participants’ needs are matched with our skilled workforce, the team plays a crucial role in the fundamental operation of the business, as its key focus is to schedule suitable workforce to our participants.

The Scheduling Team Leader will manage, lead, and nurture a team of Schedulers to ensure our participants needs are matched with the right skilled support worker within the allocated approved funding.

**As the Scheduling Team Leader**:
You will join a Scheduling leadership team consisting of a National Scheduling Manager and Team Leader to provide leadership and operational management to the wider scheduling team.

Due to the nature of Scheduling, the role suits someone who is target driven and finds motivation achieving and improving key deliverables. Some of the KPIs that exist include reducing overtime and increasing worker utilisation. As on overview of your key responsibilities, you will:

- Provide hands on support and leadership to a designated team, building and fostering a high performing team who deliver exceptional customer service and deliver on their functional KPIs.
- Ensure participants services are matched with suitable, skilled workerseffectively and on time.
- Actively communicate with key stakeholders across Client Experience and other shared service functions in a timely and solutions-focussed manner.
- Meet operational key deliverables that include overtime and workforce utilisation targets for new and existing support workers.
- Develop action plans and provide regular reporting on team KPIs and deliverables.
- Ensure scheduling practices align to the modern SCHADS award and best practice rostering guidelines.

**To be successful as a Scheduling Team Leader, we ask that you have**:

- Leadership and management experience ideally within a fast paced and target driven environment. Experience of Scheduling or Rostering advantageous.
- Has a minimum of three years in a customer facing role.
- Experience and knowledge within Disability or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels.
- Experience of using data effectively to inform opportunities to manage and improve team deliverables.
- A target driven mindset.
