**Job Description**:
We’re looking for an experienced Travel and Accommodation Coordinator to join the Sodexo team based in our head office in Balcatta on Part Time Contract.
Reporting into the Travel and Accommodation Manager, this position is responsible for the administration of travel and accommodation across the IFMS Contract for Sodexo and will act as the primary point of contact for travel and Accommodation related concerns.

**Main Responsibilities for the role**:
- Act as the primary contact point to the Travel Management provider.
- Answer internal and external calls regarding travel and accommodation arrangements in a prompt and professional manner.
- Administer travel arrangements for Sodexo, Sub-contractor and Service Partner personnel and visitors and address queries, complaints and concerns.
- Liaise with executives and senior management to coordinate all domestic travel requirements including booking flights, accommodation and car hire, in accordance with Sodexo’s Travel policy and procedures.
- Co-ordinate and communicate process policies, procedures and updates from the business or travel management company to all travel bookers across the business.
- Perform monthly reporting of all travel related KPI’s, including costs, missed saving, compliance against the Travel Policy, and stored credits.
- Maintain travel spread sheets and all travel related documentation to submit to the Executive Assistant.
- Provide after-hours coverage for emergency travel bookings and information.
- Seek new or alternative domestic travel & accommodation providers as and when required under the guidance of Supply Chain
**Qualifications**:
**To be successful, you’ll need**:
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Previous experience with booking travel, Amex and Inflight (desirable, but not essential)
- An excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, particularly Excel
- Understanding of rostering principals (desirable, but not essential)
- Relevant experience in same or similar industry
- Excellent planning & coordination skills
- Strong communicator who contributes to good working relationships
- Organised with effective time management skills
