**About the Role**:
Position Overview

The CHS Medical Services Group (MSG) includes Medical Administration and recruitment support for the junior and senior medical workforce, including the PGY1/2 medical education and training program and Director of Prevocational Education and Training office, the GP Liaison Unit (GPLU) and Office for Research and Education.

The PMEO IMG reports to the Director Education and Training International Medical Graduates and has direct line management through the Executive Director of Medical Services. The position is responsible for supporting the training and clinical supervision of International Medical Graduates employed through Canberra Health Services. Strong research links are maintained with the ANU, University of Canberra and the Australian Catholic University. All specialties are represented with the exception of organ transplantation. The hospital has well developed post graduate teaching programs. A fully equipped medical library is available on site with a large collection of hard copy and on line journals and textbooks.
