**About the Role**

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **HSE Administrator** to join our team in Springwood. This is an exciting entry opportunity for someone passionate about safety and compliance, with a clear pathway to grow into a HSE Coordinator role.

You’ll support our broader HSE team, manage contractor compliance, assist with reporting, and help review safety audits—all while learning the ropes of a rewarding career in workplace health and safety.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor and manage contractor compliance documentation
- Assist in preparing HSE reports and analysing safety data
- Support the review and follow-up of safety audits
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to safety initiatives
- Collaborate with the wider HSE team to uphold safety standards

**What You’ll Bring**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A genuine interest in workplace health and safety
- Previous HSE experience is a plus, but not essential
