**What this opportunity involves**:
Working as part of a national team, you’ll be responsible for Leasing & Transaction Management for our clients Retail & Industrial operational portfolio, predominantly focused on the WA Retail portfolio based in Perth CBD.
Responsible for working within a national team on lease and licence negotiations, sale and leaseback transactions, tenant advisory and representation services, opportunity analysis, and strategic planning (renewals, relocations, sub-leasing, and/or space handback options). More specifically:
Maintaining critical dates diaries
Undertake inspections of existing or new premises
Co-ordinate market rent reviews
Prepare submissions for internal client approvals including required capital outlay
Co-ordinate the preparation of lease and licence documentation
Manage make-good obligations

Your tactical negotiations, will assist with the delivery of the portfolio strategy, track progress, prepare annual budgets and ensure compliance of reporting processes and pilot improvements and innovations.
Working on one of JLL’s largest Corporate Accounts, your management of leasing duties across the State portfolio and ensuring client satisfaction for best leasing outcomes will provide the foundations of success.

You will have developed property transactions/ technical leasing experience holding a current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration. Retail, Residential, Commercial or Industrialleasing experience are all highly regarded.
With a superior track record in managing a high-volume workload, along with a true passion for property and real estate, you will be driven and confident in your ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
You’re a trusted performer on a wide range of client-facing property operations requirements and service delivery imperatives, and are committed to flawless execution. You have the ability to think strategically, and you can oversee a portfolio of leases and lease obligations and still be proactive in your daily approach.
