**About the role**:
We currently have an exciting opportunity available as an Ecommerce Delivery Manager Reporting to the Head of Digital Delivery, the Ecommerce Delivery Manager is integral in facilitating website releases and deliveries between the Ecommerce Team and the development agency engaged for the Accent Group.

This role is the central point of managing BAU project delivery, contributing to scoping and solution analysis, and prioritising requirements across approximately 11 trading Ecommerce sites. The role will work closely with Ecommerce Project Manager, IT teams, Ecommerce Trade Managers and Agency Partner to ensure that new functionality & BAU improvements are delivered in priority order.

**Your key responsibilities will be**:

- Manage delivery across multiple streams and brands (Including new initiatives and BAU improvements)
- Collaborate with the IT, Ecommerce Project, and Ecommerce Teams to plan and execute development releases across the Magento eCommerce platforms
- Contribute to scoping and solution analysis, and translate business requirements into briefs for external agency
- Manage the delivery of the solution to meet internal client's business requirements
- Manage any follow-up requirements and escalations until resolution
- Plan and assist in managing and completing user acceptance testing
- Leverage learnings, experience, and enhancements across the group to ensure all brands are continuously improving
- Support internal clients in understanding each stage of the delivery and the priority of requirements to assist clients in achieving their objectives
- Participate and assist in internal client upskilling and training activities
- Manage monthly delivery budgets across streams
- Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Provide clear and concise communication to all internal parties to reduce overall effort
- Assist in identifying and escalation of risks to Manager
- Respond to internal clients and external vendors in a friendly and timely manner

**To be successful you will have**:

- Demonstrated 5 years proven experience in Magento and/or PWA platform technology
- Demonstrated 3 years proven experience in managing development releases in a retail business
- Technical understanding of website integration architecture and associated backend operational processes
- Exceptional communication and meeting management skills across all business facets and with partners/vendors
- Experience with collaborative task management platform technologies (JIRA, Trello, Smartsheet etc)
- Experience in a similar busy role within an agency (Preferable)
- Strong problem-solving skills, a sense of urgency, and the ability to prioritise conflicting priorities
- Process driven, and an absolute ability to work well with in a Team as well as individually
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent written, verbal communications skills
