The paint team forms part of the greater production team which includes the Weld Shop, Prototype Shop, Assembly Teams and Armour Shop.**About the Role**Rheinmetall Defence Australia will be recruiting multiple qualified industrial painters throughout 2025 and beyond, as we ramp up our production capabilities. As a vehicle painter at Rheinmetall Defence Australia, you will work as part of a team to prepare, paint and finish military vehicles and military components.The paint team will operate across two shifts: day shift and afternoon shift. The afternoon shift runs from 3.00pm to 11.00pm. All new employees will start on the day shift for induction, training and compliance. Once training is complete, they’ll transition to the afternoon shift roster.WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVERheinmetall seeks applicants who exemplify our Company’s values of **Safety, Partnering, Openness, Respect and Trust (SPORT)**.
