**About the Role**: As an ambassador of Jurlique, the role of Counter Manager will be responsible to manage and deliver instore sales targets, build genuine customer relationships, provide skin care consultations and work within a team environment to deliver a truly memorable Jurlique experience to our customers.

You will join our team on a full-time capacity.

Multiple vacancies available across the following locations - Bondi Junction and Parramatta.

This role is reporting to our Area Retail Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong customer connections with diverse clientele and maintain a focus on service and sales.
- Oversee beauty events on counter.
- Provide advice and consultation of Jurlique products for differing skin types.
- Maintain the highest level of product knowledge.
- Able to fit in with the broader cosmetics team in this Department Store.
- You will be required to train the wider cosmetic team on Jurlique products so that all team members working in the area can support your endeavor's.

**To be successful in this key role**:

- Experience in a Department Store and/or high-level customer service Retail
- genuine, customer focused, retail professional
- Strong financial & business acumen with demonstrated experience in achieving KPIs, financial targets and goals
- Retail experience is essential, preferably in the cosmetic industry &/or luxury brands
- Initiative, drive and passion for connecting customers to natural skincare

**Salary**: $25.00 - $44.00 per hour
