The Role
Are you passionate about all things Beauty and enthusiastic within the Beauty Retail space?
We are growing and are seeking a passionate Counter Manager to work on our David Jones Bondi Counter
This is a part-time position, offering approximately32 hours per week.
We want to hear from people who are passionate about makeup and beauty services and working within a luxury environment. We are looking for people who know how to provide exceptional customer service, build a regular clientele whilst being a Clarins brand ambassador.
*Weekend availability is a must
You are a Clarins fit if you are…
- An excellent people manager skills, able to encourage and motivate others to drive sales
- Customer oriented, result driven, passionate about our brand and challenges, entrepreneurial mindset
- Eager to grow in a company genuinely committed to responsible beauty
- Driven to achieve sales results, work towards KPIs and provide excellent customer service
- Ability to use technology for data entry, analysis, communication and training
- An excellent communicator with outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work on a rotating weekend roster and flex up during key promotional periods
Qualifications:
- Previous management experience within a similar retail environment is highly desirable
- Makeup Qualification is highly regarded, but not essential.
