We are looking for a CTP Claims Support Officer to join our Claims Operations team in Brisbane to provide administrative assistance and support functions in relation to mail and document management processes for all CTP & PI Insurance teams.

This role is a full-time, 12-month contract opportunity based in Brisbane.

**What you’ll do**
- Process and manage incoming mail, including scanning, indexing, distributing, archiving, and handling return-to-sender items and unidentified mail.
- Understand and analyse various CTP & PI l Insurance documents to ensure accurate classification and allocation.
- Prepare, proof, and dispatch outbound correspondence, supporting claim lodgement and ongoing management.
- Coordinate the handling of sensitive claim information, such as requesting, receiving, dispatching, and disclosing documents (e.g. medical records).
- Undertake audits, reviews, and general administrative tasks as required by leadership.
- Contribute to a positive team culture, maintaining personal performance data and supporting colleagues and the wider Commercial Insurance team.
- Engage in continuous improvement, including training, coaching, process enhancement, and stepping in to assist other work areas when needed.
