**About the Role**
Want to be part of a fun and energetic team focused on supporting our clients at Sunnyfield? As a Service Manager within our Community Services team, you will play a key leadership position, leading a team to provide support and activities to achieve our clients goals. As a person centred leader you will have a direct hands on role including the development of new programs and supports along with operational administrative responsibilities.
Key focus:
- Develop innovative programs and services to take our business into the future
- Engage with families, stakeholders and community to build partnerships and deliver solutions.
- Deliver first class services to exceed our clients expectations
- Lead and support a team of Community Support Workers to execute delivery plans whilst providing a high level of support to our clients
- Provide coaching and developing opportunities, manage conflict and address performance within your team
- Contribute to the growth of Sunnyfield through the development and expansion of your service, client acquisition and retention
