**About the role**

We're seeking people to join an industry-leading team to help our clients ensure their most common touch points with Qualtrics are extraordinary. Product Specialists work with all levels of customers to guide them through our products and ensure that they are receiving a high level of care and support on the software. They're energised by the opportunity to work through difficult technical issues, creatively problem solve, and communicate daily with customers whilst receiving amazing opportunities to grow and develop their career within a technology space

This role is a fast-paced launchpad to other roles and leadership within Qualtrics. We expect most Product Specialists to progress from the role within 12-18 months. Within the role, you'll gain troubleshooting expertise, deep insight into the Qualtrics platform experience, and develop skills instructing customers on the best ways to use the software.

**What we're looking for**:

- Bachelors degree or within a few months of completion.
- Must be comfortable with occasional weekend work (predetermined on a rotational basis amongst the team with flexibility to choose which 5 days of the week suit you).
- Excellent analytical skills and detail orientation.
- Strong communication and ability to teach complicated concepts. Prior experience instructing, in research, or tutoring preferred.

**What you'll be responsible for**
- Issue Identification and Improvement

Identify and escalate issues, and suggest improvements to the development team
- Technical Incident Resolution

Analyze and resolve technical and functional product issues for internal and external customers

**Skills you'll need**
- **Creativity **Generates multiple innovative/new/novel ideas to solve a problem
- **Prioritization **Compares and ranks the relative importance &/or urgency of different tasks to identify the best order of actions
- **Problem solving **Identifies problems and develops logical solutions that address the problems

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
