The **Product Specialist** will work closely with Advertiser Channel Partnerships Director and Strategic Channel Partner teams by providing them with product training, technical information and sales collateral to effectively communicate the strategic partners native advertising value proposition. They will also serve as a primary source for feedback to the Taboola Product team. They will need to understand client needs, be able to evaluate them based on the product capabilities, and if necessary, develop custom solutions or work with Product Management to create new capabilities. They will assist with product launch activities, such as product documentation, training materials & train the channel partner training team. At Taboola, we currently work in a hybrid work model giving employees the flexibility to work from home a few days a week. We have offices in London, Sydney, Bangkok, New York, Chicago and Los Angeles where our Taboolars have the opportunity to meet their teammates, connect with other teams and socialize with friends. **What skills and qualifications do I need?** For this role, it is essential that you have: - BA/BS required - 6+ years experience of client facing experience in the ad tech space - Deep understanding of the Taboola Ads UI and platform capabilities - Demonstrated success in the ad tech space generating significant long term client success and growth - A solid understanding of web technologies and the digital media revenue ecosystem, including web advertising measurements and analytics - Extensive work experience with data and performance based analytic analysis - Very strong analytical skills to collect business intelligence by monitoring/identifying trends with data - An individual who does well in a fast paced changing environment on time sensitive projects. - An independent person with a 'can do' approach and passion for the industry - Impeccable written and verbal communication skills - Detail oriented, but able to execute efficiently and follow-through **What will I be doing on a day-to-day basis?** **Responsibilities**: - Provide consultative support and solutions for issues/questions on account strategy, features, formats, campaign optimization and supply to Strategic Channel Partner team and advertisers. - Develop and share best practices with Channel Strategic Partner team for pitching and activating Taboola's native advertising Technology. - Provide the Channel Partner Sales and Account Management teams with product training, technical information and sales collateral to effectively communicate the Taboola Native value proposition to channel clients. Deliver group as well as one-on-one trainings. - Train the Learning and Development Channel Partner team to roll out new product and feature requests, including product documentation, marketing collateral and objection handling - Build scalable programs that improve campaign performance and grow marketplace revenue. - Partner with Taboola Product Managers and Channel Partner Directors to plan and execute meaningful "Beta" programs - validating new functionality design and performance before rolling out for general availability. I.e set success criteria and parameters for evaluation, acquire design partners, draw out feedback and synthesize business feedback on product readiness. - Be the voice of the customer in the product planning process.
