Key Responsibilities

Room Service Delivery: Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms in a timely and courteous manner.

Guest Interaction: Provide excellent customer service, answer guest inquiries, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Order Accuracy: Ensure all room service orders are prepared and delivered accurately, with attention to presentation and quality.

Maintain Cleanliness: Keep service areas clean and organized, including ensuring trays, carts, and utensils are cleaned and returned to appropriate areas.

Stock Management: Monitor and replenish room service supplies, ensuring adequate stock of items like condiments, utensils, and beverages.

Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:
Previous experience in room service, hospitality, or customer service preferred.

Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high service standards.

Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Basic food and beverage knowledge is a plus.

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
