Gosford Hospital is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administration Officer Level 2 to join their Integrated Booking Unit (IBU). This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to provide essential administrative support to ensure the efficient functioning of the department. You will attend the weekly Outpatient & Pre-Admission Clinics at Gosford & Wyong Hospitals, where you will be responsible for booking/scheduling patient appointments. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and working in a fast-paced healthcare environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Integrated Booking Unit. Your duties will also include answering phone calls, managing data entry, filing, and maintaining patient records, as well as assisting with photocopying, scanning, and document management. You will serve as the first point of contact for patients and staff, ensuring that all inquiries are handled professionally and efficiently. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure that administrative processes run smoothly, contributing to the overall service delivery of the department.

**About You**
- You have customer service skills and experience, with a focus on providing responsive and professional support.
- You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of service.
- You have experience providing administrative and clerical support, including data entry, records management, and document preparation.
- You have a current Australian Drivers' Licence and willingness to travel across sites within the Central Coast Local Health District.

You will be working in Holden St, Gosford Hospital, within the Integrated Booking Unit (IBU), which plays a vital role in coordinating patient appointments and bookings. This team is dedicated to maintaining high standards of service and efficiency, working collaboratively to support patient care in a dynamic and fast-moving healthcare environment.
