Are you a qualified Swim Instructor, or looking to expand your skills in the disability sector?

Minda have a fantastic opportunity for qualified Swim Instructors or Disability Support Workers wanting to gain a qualification as a Swim Instructor to fill an exciting role within its highly successful Rapid Swim: Learn to Swim program.

**About the program**:
In the Rapid Swim: Learn to Swim program, instructors work 1:1 with young people and adults living with sensory, physical, intellectual and/or other disabilities to increase their water confidence, awareness and safety as well as the development of swimming strokes.

The Rapid Swim: Learn to Swim program runs in line with the school terms on a weekly basis, across multiple locations, days and times, but in particular we are looking for staff member to be available for shifts at:

- Noarlunga Aquatic and Recreation Centre on Tuesdays 4.45pm -7.45pm
- Brighton Minda Aquatic Centre on Wednesdays from 5.45pm - 8.15pm
- Brighton Minda Aquatic Centre on Thursdays from 5.45pm - 8.15pm
- Thebarton Aquatic Centre on Saturdays 12.15pm - 3.40pm

Skills & Experience Preferred
- AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming & Water Safety (TSW) (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Workers Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003 & HLTAID001)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Child Safe Environments
- Current Australian Driver's Licence Current C Class drivers' licence
- Covid-19 Booster Vaccination
- Unrestricted Working Rights in Australia
