**As Advisor, Communications, you will**: - Undertake a variety of communications activities, including assisting to develop and disseminate internal communication materials to support the QCS reform agenda. Help to identify and respond to communication and engagement needs by collating and analysing information, supporting the development and delivery of communication and engagement plans and crafting quality and timely communication materials. Contribute to, and support the delivery of, consistent communications for a range of channels and audiences that adhere to relevant policies, standards and legislative requirements. Work collaboratively with team members across the Portfolio Change Team and Media & Communications Team to ensure effective, coordinated and aligned communications services, advice and support. Develop strong working relationships and effective engagements with key stakeholders. Contribute to a culture which fosters collaboration, evidence-based decision making, innovation, and high performance, where employees are passionate about their work and take personal accountability for their actions.
